An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted off the east coast of Kamchatka, Russia, at 2237 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences reported.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 52.96 degrees north latitude and 161.04 degrees east longitude.
