The Lebanese News Agency reported that an Israeli raid targeted the Ain al Zarqa area in southern Lebanon, and Israeli forces carried out two bombings in the town of Adaisseh.
On January 26, the 60-day deadline for the withdrawal of Israeli forces from border villages and towns in southern Lebanon expired, in implementation of the ceasefire agreement reached on November 27, while the Lebanese government announced its approval to extend the deadline until February 18.
