The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip announced that the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression on the northern Gaza Strip for 100 days has resulted in 5,000 martyrs and missing persons, and 9,500 wounded, some of whom suffer from serious and chronic injuries.

In a press conference on Sunday, the Government Media Office said that the occupation army arrested 2,600 people, including women and children, in a flagrant violation of all international conventions and norms.

The office noted that despite 100 days of the ground invasion of the northern Strip, the occupation army is continuing to target the Palestinian land and people systematically and brutally, indicating that the Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip have experienced, during these 100 days, the most hideous forms of killing, ethnic cleansing, destruction, and displacement.

The office emphasized that the destruction of homes, hospitals, public facilities, and infrastructure clearly exposes the occupation's intention to deliberately and systematically eliminate the foundations of life in the Gaza Strip, causing a deep humanitarian crisis that exacerbates the suffering of our Palestinian people.

The media office held the occupation fully responsible for the deterioration of the humanitarian situation in the northern Gaza Strip, as well as the US administration and the countries that supported and participated in the genocide, urging those countries to stop the genocide and ethnic cleansing against civilians.

The media office urged the international community, as well as international and UN organizations to urgently intervene, take immediate action, and play an effective role in pressuring the occupation to stop the crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing and to stop its serious repercussions on the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
