Sirens were heard for a second time in central Israel before dawn on Thursday, as the military urged residents to return to shelters while it worked to intercept more missiles from Iran.
The country's Magen David Adom emergency service said there were no immediate reports of casualties in either attack.
A series of sirens was also heard in northern Israel as Hezbollah militants fired projectiles toward the area.
