Tunisian President Kais Saied named Minister of Equipment and Housing Sarra Zaafrani Zenzri as new Prime Minister, replacing Kamel Madouri, according to a statement issued by the Tunisian presidency on Friday.
The president also appointed Salah Zouari as Minister of Equipment and Housing.
During his meeting with the new Prime Minister on Thursday, President Saied emphasized the importance of strengthening government coordination and removing obstacles that may prevent the Tunisian people from achieving their aspirations the statement said.
