Trump cancels 78 decisions made by Biden.

The U.S. President Donald Trump , signed an executive order to cancel 78 decisions adopted by his Democratic predecessor Joe Biden, including executive orders and government memoranda.

Trump said during a rally held on Monday, after his inauguration in Washington , "The first document President Trump signs is the cancellation of 78 decisions from the Biden era."

Trump also imposed a "regulatory freeze" preventing federal agencies from issuing new regulations, until the current administration can fully take control of the government's operations.

He issued an executive order to immediately return all federal employees to full-time office work .
