According to the reports, a head-on collision occurred between an ambulance and a Ford Transit bus at Potrikrom in the Ahafo-Ano South-East District of the Ashanti Region.

The collision occurred when the ambulance attempted to overtake another vehicle while both vehicles were traveling at high speed from opposite directions.
