Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun expressed his hope that the extraordinary Arab Summit scheduled to be held in Cairo next week will result in a unified Arab position to confront current challenges, noting that these challenges are interconnected and target the common interests of Arab countries.

This came during his meeting Wednesday with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi.

The two sides discussed during the meeting ways to develop and activate bilateral relations.
